Autoresponder messages that make you money!
Email is one of the most powerful online marketing media available, and an important tool for email is the use of autoresponders. What an autoresponder allows you to do is set up a series of messages that are sent at predetermined intervals to your subscribers. That way you can write the message once, and the auto responder sends it forever.
Today's question is about autoresponders.
Hi Mr. X:
I have a problem with professional letter writing, cutting, pasting, and trying to put this in the autoresponder system of any kind! If I could do this, I would have a better chance of getting responses from any customers! Thank you for you time and patience!
Sincerely,
Lisa G.
Mr. X. Lisa, thanks for the great question. I like to use Aweber for my autoresponders. All I do is write my message in MS Word, and cut and paste in into the Aweber system, and it's ready to go.
Aweber will even format the line length of the email for you.
As far as writing "professional letters," what I'd tell you to do is avoid professional sounding language, and use conversation language like I do in these emails. Don't write to your customers, talk to them like they're your best friends. Then simply direct them to a website that's related to what you were talking about.
People hate "professional sounding" letters and emails--they like personal, conversational ones.
Let's get to it...
