How valuable is your time?
Do you know what prevents mildly successful business owners from being wildly successful business owners? I'll tell you: the desire to do everything themselves, and not bring in employees to do the lower value work.
Why do they do this? Because they think it's cheaper and that they'll "save money." But that's not true at all.
Why? Because they spend most of their time doing work they could be paying an employee ten dollars an hour to do. With the time that frees up they could be doing $200 an hour work, even $1,000.00 an hour work.
In a business, time is more important than money. The more you can delegate lower dollar per hour work to others, whether by outsourcing or hiring employees, the better. You'll make far more money because your time is worth much, much more.
How you use your time is the difference between a wildly successful business and a mediocre one. Use it wisely.
Let's get to it...
