Mr. X: Paul, that is a fantastic question, and I am pleased to see somebody finally asked it. There are lots of great books to read, but if you poll a list of very successful people, you will find a list of books most of them have read. Here are some of the very best, in no particular order:
Winning Through Intimidation by Robert Ringer
The Ultimate Sales Letter by Dan Kennedy
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
The Magic of Thinking Big by David Schwarz
How I Made $1 Million in Mail Order by E. Joeseph Cossman
Tested Advertising Methods by John Caples
Scientific Advertising/My Life in Advertising by Claude Hopkins
The Robert Collier Letter Book by Robert Collier
How I Raised Myself from Failure to Success in Selling by Frank Bettger
How to Make Maximum Money in Minimum Time by Gary Halbert
Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion by Robert B. Cialdini
The True Believer by Eric Hoffer
Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki
